The Pro 300 series tripods are full size aluminum tripods designed for your next mission. The AL-323 is small enough to fit in your pack or suitcase; 21.3in folded height, weighs 2.9lbs. At the same time it can extend to enough height, 58.7in, and carry enough weight, 8.8lbs, to meet the needs of the adventure photographer.

At the heart of the 300 series is a completely redesigned low-profile collar and a new Rapid Flip Mechanism (RFM) that provides an easy way to adjust the leg angles. Now with just a simple “flip” the leg angles will adjust to increase stability on uneven surfaces, and lower the overall height of the tripod for creative low-angle perspectives. 

There is an additional accessory port for magic arms, phones, or tablets on the side of the collar. This is a great extension for time-lapse photographers or those craving that elusive behind the scenes footage.

Each leg is made up of three sections and the height is adjusted using the flip-lock design for solid slip-free operation. The center column includes a hook to hold your bag off the ground or provide more weight and stability when needed. It can be separated into 2 pieces for low-angle work or be inverted so that you can shoot straight down over your subject.
